ADDRESS: Franklin Ave. and Eight Street, Colby
Located on 9.9 acres, Fike Park got its start in the late 1800s as Carp Lake… a body of water formed by the railroad grade that would fill up only during times of heavy rainfall. Improvements to convert the area into a park started in 1907. Fike Park is the most popular park in Colby for picnics, community events, weddings and general relaxation. Two gazebos, a volleyball area, horseshoe pits and tennis courts complement the large playground area. Although many events are held in Fike Park, no reservations can be made for the area.
